Very Good

Big room, nice balcony and view, hot bath, good bed. Decent breakfast. Very nice greenery in the hotel area, nice smells. Small, but pretty functional gym. Nice staff. Overall good value. I was given a voucher for 250k to spend in the hotel as a Chinese New Year gift.

It would be nice to have cooked bacon for breakfast, not just processed meat like sausages. I would expect better cleaned room sofa fabric, as it was with big spots (some spilled food or whatever) and crumbs around sides of sofa seats. Close to the hotel building, hotel's cooling/AC systems (fans) are very noisy, that clearly needs to be replaced/repaired or get better service. It's pretty far from the room, but still can be heard a little at night when it's very quiet. Not a big deal, but should be improved for better comfort.

it was really good and pleasant stay we loved it

breakfast was amazing with lot of options to select, the hotel was really good, clean and well maintained. the staff was really polite and friendly, the atmosphere at the pool is really good. the best part was the new year dinner it was the best and they really did a good job

the check in process where we had to wait almost two hours, it would have been better if they could have provided with a complimentary gift.

Nice Hotel 2 stars, big room, bad cleaning and far a way from the hussle and bussle of Jimbaran

Fresh Juice and sitting outside.

The knowledge off the staff, asked a few times are there nuts in the food (have an allergie) but didn't got the answer I was waiting of, most of the food was not hot and not under a lamp to keep it hot.

A very good variety of breakfast food catering for a wide range of international guests with the backdrop of the swimming pool. Staff in all areas were so accommodating. A highly recommended getaway!

Very Good

All Staff in all areas provided very friendly happy and polite services. Nothing was too much effort for them. And remembering and using my name was an appreciated personal touch Breakfast buffet had excellent variety. Resturant menu had a good selection of local and Western options which were reasonably priced, well presented with great flavours along with attentive service. The extra long happy hour(s) taking in the tropical pool/garden view further enticed me to stay in for a relaxing evening rather than to venture out elsewhere.

Lovely pool design and garden with convenient access to the resturant. I saw staff, manually scooping the pool out every morning, but, it did not sufficiently remove plant debris from surface and floor of pool. Gritty under foot and had to pick garden debris out of hair and swimsuit after every swim. Did not see or hear an automatic filtering system.

Loved it!

Breakfast has many choices from international to local cuisines. Kids enjoyed feeding the koi fishies while waiting for the free shuttle to other nearby points of interests. Rooms are spacious. After a long day with kids, it was nice to have a sitting space for yourself while the kids hogged the bed.

We signed up for activities the day before but they got cancelled when we got to the kids club and the restaurant on day of.

Although the hotel is new, there are many areas looks poor quality. Like one of our bathroom has a wall window which can see the pipes inside. Our check in was very slow and we waited about one hour plus. There were days we didn’t get our towels and hand towels. But staff are all very nice and helpful.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite, which was both spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was of a reasonable standard.

Despite what google maps says, you are isolated and it’s a Taxi ride to go anywhere. A shuttle bus is available but has a limited service. The food was mediocre, both breakfast and the à la carte menu. The staff took food and beverage orders reasonably quickly, but took an age to bring them to you. On most nights we waited 20mins for our drinks to arrive and 45-60 mins for our food. When there is a maximum of 20 people in the restaurant, I am still struggling to understand delay. I won’t be recommending this hotel to family or friends.

All staff spoke perfect English and everyone from the cleaning, front desk, restaurant... always asked how they could help. Excellent restaurant.

Only thing I disliked was they put a circular piece of white bread in the MIDDLE of their hamburgers even though there is already a big fluffy bun. The bread makes the burger tall and gives the false impression you have a substantial burger. It’s a cheap trick and not worthy of an otherwise good hotel.

Need more maintenance

The location is generally good, close to Jimbaran and Airport. However still need taxi to everywhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is really big with all facilities you need.

We got room just in front of the elevator and stairs. It's really really noisy and the door is not soundproof at all. Every morning (like 6 am) you feel kids were screaming next to you. And as this hotel is family friendly, you got a lot of kids. It's driven us crazy. Our bathroom had very bad sewer smell, even after the staff help us cleaned the toilet, the smell still came out next day. The staff in breakfast restaurant need more training. You need keep repeating your request to several people until get the service like getting a fork. To be very honest, you can get much better hotel with this amount of money.
